Oh lord that's the most fugly picture of Harley I have ever seen.
And yeah V developed advanced strength, reflexes, endurance and pain tolerance from that crap they gave him that killed all those other people in that place he was being held.

yes, he kind of is. but i think with an hour prep Joker and Harley can make his life a living hell. especially since it's their domain, if you will. they're allowed to use weapons and traps, by the way.
