How well do you think Zatana would do against Brainiac?

With prep Doom can beat him, but in a random encounter Doom isn't on the same level. Brainiac is powerful enough to take on the entire Justice League.

That really depends on the version. Milton Fine body with TP etc, Biological creation with Kryptonian power set, Android with downloaded mind of Vril Dox Snr, Massive computer head in control of war world. Etc Etc

There are some versions of Brainiac that wouldn't trouble the outsiders all that much without prep.
