 Spiderman dual weilding Adamantium Katana's vs Odin with Gungnir...

Spiderman dual wielding Adamantium Katana's that have been treated with a special (extremely potent) neurotoxin that can incapacitate any being Elder God and below in a single hit vs Odin with Gungnir...

Pure melee battle with no amping, energy projection, time stop, matter manip, ect, ect allowed (Spiderman does have access to his Spidey sense though)...

Battle to the Death or KO with no BFR allowed...

Who wins?

Although this is a silly yet entertaining thread it can be seen that Spidey spite stomps Odin with these stipulations.

I mean what can Odin do to prevent getting killed right away? He is not allowed to use any of his powers (not even to amp).
