i thought it was decided that unless a characters powerset is speed-based, that only a percentage their fights will be won due to speedblitz. Even in full capacity, which teth normally fights in, he still regularly gets tagged by slower characters.
who said adam is supermans equal? maybe now he is but at times in the past he has been rated as superior to both supes and cap in dcs ratings. and he even took it to both of them at the same time once

That's ancient history, decades ago in the PC days. And even then when the two of them stopped holding back they started beating Adam. It's always been a matter of Black Adam not holding back as much as most DC Top Tiers so he sometimes appears more powerful.
