Ghost Rider vs Spawn at putting the fear into the NYC criminal underworld.
Ghost Rider at the power levels from the last year or two of the orginal run. Elemental Fire and Supernatural Hellfire powers.
Can create mystic motorcycles and preform stunts on it with Johnny Blaze's skill level. Strength level somewhere around Venom levels. Durability bullet and fire proof but can be hurt by physical force of a major level like getting hit by cars and such. Won't kill but will seriously physically injure and use hellfire to full extent.
Spawn at his levels for the first 2 years or so. Still using guns and normal weapons. Will kill
Both are given one month.

well killing with fire leaves less corpses and pretty much bikers got Ghost Rider as tattoo's...Spawn blends in the shadows and kills with more normal things leaving scarier results...and he likes criminals to fear him...plus his abilities got more details
Not if the GR uses Hellfire. That leaves a nice intact body. A nice soulless body A beast that knows only what eternal pain feels like. Or in other words. The Abyss.

Since when can ghost rider be hurt? He can only be hurt by a true holy weapon? He strength level varies from a 5 tonner and IIRC a scan showing him effortlessly launching 100+ tons around.
He's more than just fire proof and bullet proof, he's virtually indestructable, can reform from having his head blasted off in a matter of seconds, can reform in a few panels from being atomized. Get your facts straight
