Interesting fight. I have no idea how to handicap it.
It's very hard for me to pick against Thanos here. But Fate's versatility could mean a lot, and I feel confident in saying both could resist OHK soul-gem attacks.

Kent Nelson.... takes it for team 1 imo. If this was Hector or Kent V. earlier on in his career I'd say this was more fair. Also does Scott have to worry about the Starheart making him go apeshit or does he have control. I'd say full starheart should be = or > Soul Gem without the power gem backing it. Honestly I think the better matchup here would be Kent V. later in his career and Sentinal Scott vs Thanos and Magus. IMO its too easy for PC Fate to physically dominate Thanos and Magus would be swiss cheese as I don't see the soulgem overcoming the Fates protections nor the Starheart without some extra oomph behind it.
