Super Skrull or double KO. Sue was able to contain Jean Grey with ease so this is why I said that the Super Skrull would win.

My first instinct said Black, but this is a good point. If Skrull fights smart, it has the tools to win, imo.

jean only had her TK blocked, not her tp. the jury is still out whether sue's powers can block tp, but most of the evidence sides AGAINST the idea afaik. if black's tp gets through, skrull gets spitefully slaughtered. if not, skrull can win via airtight bubble. if he fights black, black could still ko him via tk bludgeoning and if he drops his shield at all, he's completely f'd. tp=spite win for black. no tp=skrull's fight to lose.
