No.

It's just how powerful him and Captain Marvel really are. They are about mid-herald level................AT BEST (and I'm being supremely generous).

As to the thread, he beats 1,2,4,5,6,7 for the overwhelming majority.

It's 50/50 vs 3,8.

Depending how badly the league wants to win, he loses to 9.
