Force Prowess:
As Grand Master of the Jedi Order, Yoda has the most impressive force feats of any Jedi in the Order's 20,000+ year history.

He generates an avalanche with a single gesture.

Luminara Unduli and Barriss Offee, both powerful Jedi in their own rights, formidable duelists were unable to lift the collapsed cave, however Yoda is shown to be able to lift the cave and debris without even so much as making a gesture.

Ventress a formidable combatant who has proven herself capable of holding her own against and defeating some of the greatest blademasters in the Order's History (Defeats Kit Fisto in Cetus Deception). She has also been able to give Anakin Skywalker, the "Chosen One" a significant amount of trouble in the past.

In perhaps his most impressive display to date he manhandles 300 meter wide landing craft as well as an army of Droidekas. What's more is these were all fully loaded with thousands to troops and tanks.

Self explanatory, Yoda's able to hurl even the most powerful Sith Lords in history back with his TK.

"Then Yoda turned and looked at the swamp, and as he did the water began to swirl. Slowly, from the gently bubbling waters, the nose of the fighter appeared again. Luke gasped in astonishment as the X-wing gracefully rose from its watery tomb and moved majestically toward the shore. He silently vowed never to use the word "impossible" again. For there, standing on his tree root pedestal, was tiny Yoda, effortlessly gliding the ship from the water onto the shore. It was a sight that Luke could scarcely believe. But he knew that it was a potent example of Jedi mastery over the Force."--Empire Strikes back

Yoda effortlessly, and without a gesture begins to lift up the X-wing.

His Force perception is immense being able to sense events occurring across the galaxy. He was able to view the entire fight against General Grievous as shown in Clone Wars Chapter 20. He's able to sense the attack of the Jedi Temple on Illum in Chapter 14 as well.

Then there's this.
"Deep in his meditations, peering through the dark side, Master Yoda felt a sudden surge of anger, of outrage beyond control. The diminutive Master's eyes popped open wide at the overwhelming strength of that rage.
And then he heard a voice, a familiar voice, crying, 'No, Anakin! No! Don't! No!'"--Attack of the Clones.

"Narrowing his eyes, Yoda reached out through the Force and caught her not three meters from the ground. Instantly he was in the air himself, spinning away from Dooku's vicious attack before he was even consciously aware it was coming."-- Yoda: Dark Rendezvous

Here's he's able to sense Dooku's attack and dodge it before it was coming. Dooku who is hailed as the Temple's most agile swordmaster in Labyrinth of Evil.

"Yoda surrendered himself to the current of the Force. Sometimes, when the current was swift and steadfast, he could see through the eyes of his fellow Jedi, almost as if they were the Temple's remote sensors."--Labyrinth of Evil

Saber Mastery:
Master Yoda was a master of all seven forms of lightsaber combat, being one of the Temple's premier instructors for 800 years.

Master Yoda is one of a few exceptionally powerful individuals who is capable of defeating entire armies by himself. On Rugosa he is able to entirely demolish an army with just his lightsaber.

"YODA unleashes a ferocious assault on PALPATINE, causing him to almost go over the edge. The Dark Lord drops his lightsaber but recovers with a BLAST OF ENERGY from his hands that surrounds YODA. YODA is deflecting the Sith Lord's lightning bolts.

The energy bolts begin to arc back on the Emperor. It looks as if the Dark Lord is doomed."--ROTS Screenplay

Unaided by Vaapad, Yoda was able to disarm Sidious and push his lightning back to the point where he seems "doomed" mind you this is the most powerful Sith Lord in history.

'"Fought well, you have, my old Padawan," Yoda congratulated, and his lightsaber beam to move out, just a bit, forcing Dooku back.'--Attack of the Clones

Even moving his saber forward a bit was enough to Force Dooku back. And even Dooku, amongst the most skilled duelists in the Order's 20,000 year history was unable to defeat him; twice. Once on a Dark Side Nexus where he was able to score a blow on Yoda, and yet he still opted to retreat in front of the Avatar of the Light.

So yeah, Yoda's still top dog. And guess what HoT, and Mace Windu ain't got nothin on him. (please log in to view the image)
