Fo shizzle, Owlman/Batman are smart but they are not the smartest human on their planet. Although I don't doubt that either could beat Comedian, Night Owl and/or Rorschach together or individually, I doubt either would do so as effortlessly as Ozzy did, and dodging a bullet has become passé, catching a bullet with your hand is impressive.
They might not be the smartest, but when they have actual competition, it's not as cut and dry. Nobody in Watchmenverse was as smart as Ozy, but in DC there's tons of geniuses everywhere. Several in the Justice League alone.
And physically, Ozy doesn't compare, especially to the cartoon version which will 99% of the time be more physically impressive than live action.
He really is. It's sad how much people buy into his stock as he's literally the second biggest fish in one of if not the smallest ponds in superhero media.
Ozymandias would be like a retarded child if he was working in the same universe as, let say, Reed Richards and people like him, but we all agree I think that he was a beast in the live action movie.
