Constantine recently came up with shields (or better say seals), which not even the Presence would have been capable of getting past. What is Dr. Strange (even at classic power levels) going to do against someone with access to Hokus Pokus Voodoo that powerful?

Suffice to say: John was clearly speaking in hyperbole/overrating his magic. After all, if Pandora can own his magic with ease, obviously God can as well.
