For a character that is supposed to only be limited by his imagination they sure gave Hal a very limited imagination in the Green Lantern film. He didn't so much as kill parallax as lead him to his death. Same way if you lead someone into traffic and they get hit by a truck it wouldn't be you that did the damage. Where as with SS it was his power that destroyed Galactus. So on that basis, Surfer.
