Big C and his threads..oh wait stick out tongue

In all seriousness, Superman and any of his clones (aka Brutaal, Ultraman, etc...) could do it (didn't one of them karate chop a herald in half then cauterize the two halves with heat vision?).

Surfer could do it via matter manip/strength.

Hulk could do it if sufficiently angry.

As to rest, I don't know. I have my doubts.

I respect you're opinion, but please indulge me if u dont mind...
How is it you have the likes of Power Girl as yes, and Omac no?

Omac has treated Olympian, Power Girl, and Steel like weak feebs.

Because of the S symbol on their chest(or in PG's case, the lack of).

X-man got taken down by Ares so I wouldn't put that list below his capabilities.

I don't get it. How is it Ares all of a sudden is a piece of paper waiting to be torn?
Nowhere in his history was he shown to be so lacking in durability. I may be wrong, but someone please correct if I am.

Voidtry was a consensus trans tier when he ripped him in half.

Where did it say that Sentry matter manipulated Ares' physical frame to help him bisect him?

There may be less people than most may believe that could do this to Ares. This of course would suggest that Bob was operating at very high levels at that particular moment in time, in the same way that he snapped Terrax's axe, and later on manhandled Thor. I don't believe that there are too many people capable of doing this to a guy that was able to put Hercules through the paces, even though Herc wasn't going all out against him.

In other words the Sentry feat was a very good one.
