Galactus and Odin go all out vs each other....

Odin summons up every erg of power from the realm of Asgard, sucks the spiritual forces of every Asgardian into himself, enters the Destroyer, and equips his most powerful artifacts...

Galactus eats a single world ripe with BSE and calls upon all the tech at his command...

Under these conditions, who wins in an all out battle where its no holds barred, both sides seek nothing but the total and utter destruction of the other, and each is fully ready and willing to utilize whatever lethal means at his disposal to destroy his enemy...

CIS/PIS is turned off and the battle will last until one side is completely destroyed...

Under these do or die conditions, who wins?

Galactus obliterates Odin without any effort whatsoever.

This is spite, Odin has as much chance against Galactus as Rhino has against Galactus. Both are small and inconsequential in comparison to Galactus, that differentiation between Rhino and Odin would be meaningless.
