Although it depends on the strength of the wielder as much as the material of the blade She Hulk can be cut easier than Hulk can. This is a fact.
She is not enraged here nor is PIS allowed.
Also using common sense, Sif is a super human who can lift tonnage. If her swords can't cut a low class 100 being then wtf is the swords good for? That makes no sense.
She can cut Thor, who is physically superior to She-Hulk.
Wait, so the angrier a Hulk gets the stronger they get is PIS now?
Lionheart is class 90.
Excalibur is...well, Excalibur.
If she gets slashed by Sif, as in character she won't go for the kill straight away with a fellow Lady Liberator, she WILL get pissed off. Her not getting angrier and stronger is PIS....
Her getting angrier and stronger but not being able to be cut by an indestructible sword by a super human being is PIS.
We judge PIS based off history of comics and what makes the most sense.
WWH is far stronger than that version of She-Hulk yet Logan and others managed to still cut him. Deadpool has cut Hulk up with his swords.
Sif can and has cut beings just as strong or stronger than an enraged She Hulk. Her swords are very sharp and are made of very durable Uru metal. She is also very strong.
It makes no logical sense for Sif not to be able to cut an enraged She Hulk.
But the craziest thing of all, in this fight, this is a normal She Hulk and not an enraged one. So there's that.
