Doubtful. Godzilla has always had crazy regen and can likely regen faster than Hulk can dig/claw.
Worse yet, by the end of FW, Godzilla is capable of sending an energy pulse through his body so powerful that it even forced Keizer Ghidorah to relent.
So, someone who has watched Final Wars can tell me,
How does Godzilla prevent Hulk from punching a crater into his brain?
More specifically, how is an 80-100 meter tall Godzilla with stubby arms going to tag a 10 foot tall creature that's shown the ability to effortlessly leap half a mile, dodge jet fighter missiles and evade attack choppers?

By taking only superficial damage and healing from that within seconds...
FW Godzilla sniped out an incoming meteor traveling at crazy fast speeds. He also displayed some surprisingly good fighting skills within the movie and, if Hulk does land on him, can send a massive amount of energy throughout his body to kill Hulk.
Considering that we don't know or never seen Hulks threshold of physical damage I don't think there is really any defense for Godzilla fans here. As far as we know, the movie versions of Hulk have an endless endurance of physical damage and for certain versions (notably ang Li ) Hulk only gets stronger.

fair enough. I was only playing devils advocate...,arguing for arguing sake. Although, I still maintain that Godzilla doesn't have much defense against Hulks agility and strength since there is no way to tell how, the Hulk would react to, Godzillas breath.
