Can we retcon Sifo-Dyas into using TWO lightsabers

In the original Clone Wars material, after Dooku murdered Sifo-Dyas, he gave his lightsaber to Grievous; the first of a huge collection that he would amass. However, in the latest fart that is the Clone Wars, Plo Koon discovered Sifo Dyas's lost shipwreck and amid the wreckage, Sifo's lightsaber. Even though TCW murders canon whenever it feels like it, perhaps we can save it. Would it be impossible to retcon Dyas as a Jar'Kai specialist who had 2 identical hilted blue-bladed lightsabers?
