Years haven't been easy on Fisk, he's a shadow of his former self.
MK fights freakin' Werewolf by Night like Logan fights the Hulk... in this scenario, he has the distance, standard equipment, more than he needs - it's spite, actually.
Classic Fisk should beat even Moon Knights best. He beat Spidey around, and we all know Spiderman punks Wolverine sans pis/cis.

Never let anyone else define you.
