Loki? The dude is nowhere near fast enough to tag a bullet timer. They both web him up for a 10 count. Loki has never shown the strength to break out of webbing that stopped a train and has caught cars.
Agreed, but I don't see why he cant just web him up for a ten count or something.
Also, Toby's Spidey tanked getting repeatedly slammed by the giant Sandman. He's no slouch on durability either. That combined with being significantly faster and stronger, along with a spider sense and bullet time reflexes/agility takes him a few tiers above Loki.
Andrews Spidey took full on blasts from Electro and pumpkin bombs to the face without being phased in the second movie. He's also significantly faster and stronger than Loki, with a spider sense and bullet time reflexes/agility to match.
And it's worth noting that in Hulks movie, a guy with a super soldier serum pumping through him giving him Caps abilities tanked a full on hit from Hulk too and came back a few scenes later alive and completely healed. The beating Loki got from Hulk was a bit worse, I think, but that doesn't make him invincible.
Loki had reflexes fast enough to catch an arrow without looking, fast enough to keep up with Captain America. May not be as fast as Spiderman but definitely fast enough to get some shots in. And considering his durability and strength advantage, I'm giving this to Loki.
I'd put Spidey easily above Cap in all of those areas though. Loki being better than Cap in those areas doesn't put him above Spidey. I'd give Loki the edge on durability, but not by any massive margin (at least with Tobeys, Andrews is a little more outclassed on durability). I'm just not seeing Loki doing anything to take Spidey out. Even his illusions are useless thanks to Spideys Spider sense.
He's also dodged a flurry of bullets from an lmg at point blank. A low showing for the sake of comedy doesn't define him.
I see Spider-Man getting in a few good shots until Loki loses patience and starts dominating the battle, first by mindphucking Pete with Uncle Ben guilt.

Spider sense warns Spiderman of danger, but I don't recall it allowing him to pinpoint from exactly where the danger is coming from. I'm pretty sure it's not going to allow him see through illusions.
As far as durability goes, Loki is bulletproof against automatic rifle fire. Do you honestly think that Spiderman is anywhere close to that kind of durability?
Toby did it in the first movie when he dodged flashes first punch before he was attacked. He also did it in the second movie when he pinpointed when and where the car that Doc Ock threw was coming from and proceeded to save MJ. Both times, he was completely unaware of the danger. I don't remember Andrews doing to same though, yet.
I also don't remember Loki actually being hit by bullets. I remember him evading fire in the intro of Avengers, but thats about it.
Spiderman ducking Flash's punch was more about knowing he was about to get hit and he ducked away from it rather than him knowing that it was Flash himself that was about to punch him. I don't recall the one about Doc Ock throwing the car though, will need to rewatch that.
As for Loki getting shot at, it's in the very first scene of The Avengers when he attacks the SHIELD base.
