Well without Thor and Odin, Asgard is a bunch of low-mid level bricks with a few weird powers thrown in.

Tamaran is nothing but Starfire's and Blackfire's flying around with super strength/durability/speed and spamming energy attacks.

Is the body of the 'possessor' (or animator) of the Destroyer still vulnerable? Hence numbers. They ARE going up against the resources of two entire planets, after all.

IIRC, Tamaran has been conquered and overtaken quite easily, to the point that the people of that planet had to sell their princess to a hostile, invasive alien race as a slave to save face from further subjugation.

And fodder Tamarans were easily overpowered by the Blight, who themselves were overwhelmed by people like the Red Hood and his ragtag band of misfits.

Asgard literally stomps them to the ground. laughing out loud

The fact that Asgard is being singled out for the most competition (instead of being a 3 way battle like i thought it would be) speaks volumes as to how much power the thread starter thinks they bring to bear.
