Good one I am going to go with Doc Holiday. Now if you went with the Audie Murphy version based upon the The Kid from Texas (Universal, 1950) movie, I would say Billy the Kid.

I vaguely remember that movie. Having been military, Murphy's movies have popped up in a lot of 24 hour shift movie cues!
