Miles would beat the life out of Damian. This is just as bad as people thinking that Batman would beat Spider Man. One guy kicks doors off of hinges, and the other kicks sedans up the street.
Miles already has feats of tanking explosions that make Car Bombs look weak, as well attacks from guys like Venom.
Miles also has speed on par with 616 Spider Man himself. The kid not only easy dodged Spider Man's bullet speed webbing, but he also landed blows on Pete. He also shows time and again Bullet timing feats after the bullets are fired, going as far as weaving through them.
Miles also has super strength enough to KO with a punch Giant Man formula using women, and lift cars over his head easy.
This is not including the ability to Web Incap, stealth with Invisibility, Spider Sense, Wall Crawl, or the infamous Venom Sting.

General spider-strength and toughness and agility, spider-sense (weaker than Peter's, only does immediate danger an instant before), camouflage/invisibility, and when he touches someone he can do a 'venom sting,' which KOs almost anyone 2-4 seconds later.
(1) his age. He is a 14 or 15 year old kid now.
(2) by bios, ultimate Spider Men are all 6 toners comfortably. Pushing 9 tons in extreme cases.
(3) by feats Miles shown little above Ultimate Captain America or Ultimate Spider-Man.
(4) inexperience plays a big role as Miles has not still fully took his powers or their limits seriously yet.
However he is still close to 616 Spider Man in durability and speed from what I seen. I can post a whole respect thread of his feats up till last year. None of his current stuff though.
