Here we go a much better vs thread with Mary and Carol.
Binary was no joke. Her stellar feat is/was spectacular. Her low showings are explained away easily :
1) Vs Quasar - his quantum bubble kept her from accessing her full power. He even speculated as much on panel
2) Vs Gladiator - she was still drained from jumpstarting a spaceship. She mentions this on panel.
This could go either way. If people say Binary, I couldn't disagree.

yeah this is very close. carol can probably match her in most areas and has better range attacks. i don't think i've seen mary call lightning. can she do that? i'd say a slight edge to carol, or a split.
