I can't think of anything Talzin can do to beat him straight up. With one hour.... eh, maybe? Nothing from what she's shown on-screen though, I don't think. IIRC she needed something from Dooku to voodoo doll his ass.

Bane's main issues are Talzin's lightning and barrier, maybe other powers such as mist-forming. If he can circumvent those and close the gap, he should be able to win. A lot easier said than done, though. Not really sure either way personally.
