Krayt imo. I feel like he's the more skilled duelist and he is able to deflect lightning, something Malgus uses a lot. Dark Transfer could come into play also as Malgus enjoys leaping into the air and coming down hard on opponents with his lightsaber ( Deceived, Hope trailers ). His lightsaber getting embedded for a split second is all the time Krayt needs to hit DT.

Krayt's showing against Cade is indeed a good showing, he might be more skilled than Malgus- Im not sure by how much though
