Shaak Ti can't compete with either Darksider imo
Ventress is more skilled, and Savage is more powerful and a better duelist as well. Either of them can give Plo a fight if not beat him altogether as well

I think Shaak Ti's control of the environment and the sarlaac can compensate for whatever advantages either of her opponents have over her. And I don't think Savage would do too well in a environment like that.
But yeah, I think it could go either way. Not sure.
