The hate will mostly be from the Superman fans as the only way for Batman to last more than 3 seconds is massive jobbing from Supes.

I dont see how that they are even doing this, which is why I suspect there might not even be a fight, and just massive hype.

There will be a fight. No doubt about that. It will probably end as a stalemate though and I expect Superman will have either a bloodied nose or lip.
