With prep, 616 wins. He's a monster when he has preperation. If it's a casual one on one with no bloodlust or prep, I'll say tie or Ultimate. With bloodlust on, Ultimate GG is really ruthless, but we've seen Gobby jump off of his Glider and sit there and beat the living crap out of Spiderman(a Spiderman, by the way, that is much more dangerous than the Ultimate one). So prep, 616. No prep, tie to Ultimate. Bloodlust, 616.
Umm no. I don't care if this topic is 100 years old, but in a random, Ultimate Green Goblin stomps on the mainstream one every time. Whether you like it or not, Norman from 1610 universe is beast. He's like the mainstream lizard with twice the strength and durability (which I estimate around 40-tons), which also gives him super leaping, an accelerated healing with double that of mainstream Spider Man or Cap, and ranged fire attacks with a watered down version of HT's powers, which also gives him the bonus of rejuvenating himself when he is attacked by fire and heat based attacks when he is expecting them. He even absorbed HT's Nova Blast. Bloodlust on 616 Norman dies even quickly. Ultimate Norman could even take few wins from Iron Patriot. The only way that mainstream can win decisively is with prep

IP suit did more harm than good, tbh. Osborn's performance decreased significantly. Probably because of the mix of the armor lacking important components and Osborn not being a good IM suit operator. You need Tony or Rhodes for that.
