Ultron vs DOFP X-Men/DOFP Sentinels vs MCU Avengers
The Sentinels from the Days of Future Past movie replaces Ultron. They are now the ones fighting the MCU version of The Avengers, including Wanda, Pietro, and The Vision(Somehow). Alternatively, Ultron is now fighting the combined mutant forces from the dark future of DOFP.
Which team does better dealing with the other team's threat?
Pietro and Wanda aren't mutants in the MCU, getting their powers from Hydra experimentation, so no proof that the Sentinels can adapt to their powers. Plus, Sentinels were never shown adapting against exotic/psionic based powers, like Wanda's, in anyways.
Bishop's gun damaged them without problems, as did the x-jet explosion, so other than their adapting powers, it's not like they are uber durable. Avengers should steamroll through them, given the kind of damage output most of the team members have. The whole threat of the Sentinels were that they were the ultimate mutant hunter, because they can adapt to them. Pit them against non-mutant heavy hitters and they will probably lose most of the time.
And errr... Ultron is made out of metal... Magneto was in the future as well. So he solos Ultron with minimal effort.

Well, vibranium doesn't exist in the X-movieverse, and Magneto never had an issue tossing Wolverine around, bending his claws etc. and neither Stark, Thor nor the Vision's powerset literary involves the manipulation of metal. Ultron isn't one solid block either. He was composed of various plates and sections. No reason why Magneto literally can't take him apart piece by piece.
MCU is owned by Marvel and the X-men franchise is owned by Fox, so they are separate universes. For example, both the MCU universe and the Fox universe have their own Quicksilver. One a mutant, one an orphan that was experimented on with alien tech.
