Khan would beat normal Jason, as hes way too fast and agile for Jason to ever land a good shot on him, on the other hand, Jason X is too durable for Khan to hurt with his bare hands. So Khan wins #1, loses #2.

Hmmm, well unless its an adamantium or somewhat special knife, I still dont think thats enough for him to put down Jason X.

fight against normal jason... Jason losses this one 
round 2. jason takes this. he is proven to be stronger then Super Jason. is Obviously a shit ton more durable and damage soak is through the roof. sems to be a bit faster (not alot faster but its noticable unless he is just walking through the ship) khan with a knife makes no diffrence. jason just lasts long enough or waits to get Khan close, tanks a hit that has no effect and attacks Khan.
