Depends on which one got in the first devastating attack. We know that BB can take hit's from characters that range within Gladiator's range, but I think Icon is a bit stronger than than that on average. He fought pretty evenly with Superman after all. If Icon can get up from the power that BB can put out, it should indicate that he isn't taking a beating, but giving one(at least it's what I suspect would be happening). If not I'd give it to BB.
As strong, yes. Most people, not just me, believe that Superman is at least a little stronger than Icon and clearly more durable. I don't think Icon can rip a star in half like Gladiator.

Gladiator was claimed in narration to rip a star in half in a story where Thing did better than him and smart drax actually ripped a star in half and Pre zero hour Mon-El did too. Drax was stalemated by mar-vell in h2h in the same story and byrne superman koed Mon-El while suffocating.hmm
I feel bad for Gladiator because all his feats are a giant clusterf*ck when dealing with which versions are canon and which are not.
Anyways, I'd think Blackbolt can probably survive long enough to speak. If he can take Gladiator out then he should be able to do the same to Icon.
