I'd say Anakin. He is close to physically matching Maul and although I'd give the edge to Maul he's not far behind. Their force abilities are employed similarly although Anakin's raw power should match Maul's if not surpass it. I think the match would come down to way of the blade, in which I think Anakin would eventually emerge victorious.

If you ask me they should of sent both Kenobi and Skywalker. The brothers would have no chance.
