Which character has more heart? Split between CA and Superman, Prime would be not far behind.
Which character gets the job done better? This is a Job for.... Superman, if everything is at stake.
Which character doesn't get the job done at times? Captain America, but his world is the most brutal one.
Which character has more courage? Captain America (No significant Superpowers), Superman (faces even Multiversal threats), Optimus Prime (never gives up). All three split.
Which character is the better leader? Captain America, a trained soldier.

Optimus has more heart as he has sacrificed everything and more several times over to save not only Autobots, but humanity as well.
Depends on the job really, I'd say split between Clark and Prime.
Cap, but he has the disadvantage of being mostly human and fighting threats far above his pay grade on a daily basis.
I'd say yeah Courage is a split. All of these guys spit in the face of death with a smile on their face. But I'll give Cap a small bump considering he's a mostly regular guy fighting people like Thanos.
Optimus is the best leader. Because it's literally his job as a Prime. And he's been leading an entire race on top of the military force for millions of years. No one else trumps that sort of experience. And he's successful as at it as well.
Prime on most of these. And that's not a knock on either Supes or Cap. Might give Cap a tie on courage, and Kal the nod on getting the job done, primarily bc of power set. All have failed, so it's hard to say who doesn't get the job done more.
