I love how we know nothing about him still

Great character. Doesn't have many appearances but he has beaten Deadshot, Connor Hawke, Black Canary and killed a whole punch of streel level humans. He even had bloody slugfests with Batman and Green Arrow.

Ono also seemed immune to pain. Shrugged off Batman socking him in the jaw, twice, and an arrow stab to the foot produced no reaction. Also believe he walked away from a pretty bad fall, against Ollie..
