I'd probably side Krayt. Serra was solidly outclassed by Anakin as a duelist and Drallig wouldn't be able to grapple with Krayt as easily given Krayt's dual blade armament, and Krayt would be skilled enough not to die the same way Drallig did in the game.

Edit: Eh nvrm, there isn't much to go on with Serra from the cutscenes in game compared to Cin so alright.

The game states that originally, Vader was going to have to face both at once and use everything he had to defeat them both, which makes sense since the game repeatedly hypes them as "incredibly skilled swordsmen" and I imagine that they'd have quite a bit of synergy together.
If Anakin's going to require everything he has to beat them both (chances are that it includes Force powers), there's no way that Krayt annihilates.
