 Surfer vs. Gladiator with stips

Surfer can't use Gladiator's weakness to a specific radiation.
Gladiator is always high confident.
Both are willing to kill and exert maximum power.
Both fight smart and will not do anything dumb (assume they have real intelligence above normal human level).
Speed and reflexes will never be turned off.

Fight is in a solar system with no life harboring planets.

Fight to ko or death.

Who wins and why?
