Karbin stomps.

Zallow provided some small challenge to pre-FE Malgus (sub-Plagueis tier), while Karbin challenged Canon Vader, but Zallow had a number of advantages in the fight:
- fought in the presence of other Jedi, psychologically boosting his morale; everybody fights better and feels more confident with others (Malgus, as a sociopath, doesn't benefit from that psychological advantage, before you ask);
- fought through far less opponents than Malgus;
- knew the fighting ground 20 times better;
- was more attuned to the Temple;
- Malgus was hindered by the presence of his mortal enemy Adraas;
- Zallow didn't have to care for his non-Sensitive servant;
- Zallow had his droid companion by his side at the battle.

So really Zallow's feat is pretty worthless. Karbin all the way.
