Jedi vs Sith Battle:Takes place in Jedi temple.

This Scenario is abit interesting for me as I have an issue choosing a clear winner.

This fight takes place in the Jedi temple, where they are faced with this threat.
For the Sake of debate and pure entertainment.

Who takes this?

Jedi Side:
Mace Windu (Prime)
Qui Gon Jinn (Prime)
Obi Wan (ROTS)
Raksta Lsu (Ampd)
Sarro Xaj (Amp)
Aryn Leneer (Can use her DS amp)
Count Dooku (Episode 1 wasnt turned)
5 well trained Jedi Masters
4 Well trained Jedi Knights (With master calibur potential)

VS

Sith Side:
Darth Malgus (Prime)
Darth Malak (AMP'd)
Count Dooku
Sora Bulq
General Grievous
Darth Maul (TPM)
Xanatos (Prime)
Vindican
3 Sith apprentices
20 Sith Troopers
6 Super Battle droid.

Windu beats Malgus
Qui Gon prob loses to Malak
Obi Wan loses hard to Dooku
Raksta loses to Sora
Sarro loses to Grievous
Aryn gets stomped by Maul
Dooku one shots Xanatos
The Jedi masters probably beat Vindican and the apprentices
The Jedi knights beat the sith troopers and super battle droids

LS Dooku is the first to win and goes to help Qui Gon beat Malak
DS Dooku and Maul win next and DS Dooku goes to beat the Jedi masters and Maul defeats the Jedi knights who have already defeated half of their enemies.

Windu, LS Dooku, Qui Gon vs. DS Dooku, Maul, Sora, Grievous, one sith apprentice, Vindican, 10 sith troopers and three super battle droids

^ Windu can take DS Dooku, LS Dooku can take Sora, Grievous and Vindican, Qui Gon can defeat the sith apprentice and the fodder.

= LS win but there are probably other configurations where the Sith do.
