Force Revan rapes. Sabers Windu takes it. All-our Revan IMO, but it's close. The gap between their saber skills is smaller than Force prowess. I don't see Windu pulling anything that could save him from a full blast of TK from Revan.

Revan has basically no feats with a lightsaber to put him anywhere in the league of Windu, who invented perhaps the deadliest fighting style in history.
In the Force, Revan's best non-scaled feats are his mind-f*cking the Ratakan natives and redirecting Nyriss's lightning. It's also cool that he could knock Vitiate on his ass and resist him + the dread masters for 300 years. In contrast it's hard to judge Windu because his best performance came when he was amped and soaking Sidious's dark side energies. At base, he still has some pretty beastly feats in Shatterpoint and has been labeled Dooku's equal, so we can powerscale from there.
Overall, Windu's just the superior combatant. Revan doesn't really have many telekinesis feats aside from busting open a large door, and most of his others are either defensive or non-combative. He isn't avoiding a lightsaber duel, and has no dueling/speed feats to make me think he could win.
Revan's raw power is too great for Mace Windu to cope with for long.
And Revan may lack in hype for his skills with a Lightsaber but it is foolish to expect him to underperform in this area when no one was able to outduel him in a confrontation and keeping in mind his command of the Force in general.

People tend to underestimate Windu's strength in the Force; nobody who was "weak" in the mystic arts could have created vaapad, which basically operates on feeding off of dark side energies and generating a superconducting loop with your own, nor could they have mastered shatterpoint to the level Windu did, nor could they have enabled one to attack with his ridiculous speed and ferocity as chronicled in Shatterpoint, or to Force push an AT-TE off a cliff.
What reason do we have to believe that Revan's strength in the Force would be enough to prevent a lightsaber duel? He hasn't ragdolled anyone of import at this point.
Who was there to duel Revan that was remotely impressive? Windu invented and mastered the deadliest lightsaber form ever. Revan will not stand much of a chance up close.
