I don't know why some of you are going on about being right and winning. Rob and Impediment were in on this gag because I PMed them. Silent and Rao PMed me and figured I changed the post. I highly doubt anybody thought Quan made the post, but simply played along just for the lulz.
Bane punching through a decorative column isn't that impressive, neither is surviving a star ship crash, as the entire crew of TNG has done so.

If khan survived a full on ship crash...
It must have taken something ENORMOUS to bring him down? Like...whats bigger than a ship crashlanding?
I havnt seen the movie, someone fill me in, what was it that finally brought down this behemoth man who can endure the vacuum of space and head on ship crashes?
This seems like a spite thread, a being that can survive all that against someone whos main offesnive output is blunt force trauma. Lol OP spite for spite sakes, hate Marvel a little more please.
And Spock put up a good fight that had Khan bruised and breathing hard.
Cap would've survived that crash as well, and hits hard enough that he'd one shot Bane, and Khan wouldn't take more than a few full hits before going down.
Khan had the upper hand against a fresh, enraged, Spock AFTER enduring the spaceship crash from space (Spock was enraged as he was p!ssed about what had happened to Kurt), jumping 100 ft straight down, and being Vulcan Neckpinched...
After all of that Uhura was able to slow him down with that Stun Gun (but Khan was still on his feet); this allowed Spock to recover and finally get Khan down...
Make no mistake, Khan demonstrated tremendous damage soak during that sequence...
Now, I'm not saying that the team wins, but HulkisHulk said that Cap wins easily...
Sorry, but I fully disagree with that based on what I've seen from all 3 of these combatants...
Bane lasts at best 2 hits, Khan maybe half a dozen.

Cap does win easily. Bane is literally a non-factor.
Khan puts up a fight, but he's not strong enough to put Cap down, and won't be able to stand up to all his hits. He'll take a few sure but he's gonna go down.
Especially considering Spock is at best 3x stronger than an average adult human male of his size, and I say at best because he's half human so there's no telling just how much Vulcan stat boost he gets.
And Khan is supposed to be 5x.
Well Cap's feats would put him closer to 8x-10x considering everything he's done.
Not to mention he didn't punch through. He only cracked it

Uhura shot khan in the chest. Scotty oneshotted Khan when he shot him the head..
Also easily means without much effort. Spock landed way more blows than Khan in their fight. Cap, being way stronger than Spock would have long KOd khan by then

Well let's consider what Cap's full force hits do shall we?
Red Skull(supposed to be Cap's equal back in the first movie) dented steel with ease and didn't even hurt his hand.
Cap punched through reinforced submarine glass.
Cap has thrown a motorcycle hard enough to crumple the front end of an armored military jeep.
He was one-shotting Chitauri(who themselves are durable enough to drop several hundred feet and crush cars or catch themselves by digging hand holds in buildings as they fall).
He was one-shotting Ultron drones.
His hits were knocking Ultron around.
His hits were effecting Loki.(Not hurting him so much, but he couldn't just stand there and ignore his punches, they were moving him around)
His hits were knocking Iron Man around.
He casually sends people flying.
If Cap hit Khan as hard as he could every single time and didn't hold back, yeah I wouldn't give him more than 10 full force clean hits before he's done.
