Not to be the party pooper, but Danny just got trounced by the Wrecking Crew and was going to the Avengers for help. He was only forced to fight because it was a running joke that he was always in the wrong place at the wrong time, so that everybody thought Iron Fist was a villain, even when the newspapers cleared his name and everything.

i always wanted to see this when cap was at his best. he seems to imply (to me anyway) by comparing fist to mantis that he is also better than mantis, which would mean he's at least in moony's class. not enough to say for sure, but i'd likely take cap, cuz, well, he's cap.
