Ferus defeating the Grand Inquisitor that was personally trained by Sidious from youth apparently while Ferus was still getting used to the Force and a saber is pretty impressive.
He also did well on both occasions vs Vader and was only bested through TK.
He has a better set of feats as duelist than Luminara.
Force goes to Lumi because she has more tk feats than Ferus.. Nuff said.
All out. Ferus wins for being the better duelist and has feats with the Force that help out in combat.
Given how Lumi doesn't necessarily abuse the TK she has, Ferus can feasibly beat her. Imho
