His best feat to date, afaik, is going nova. Kinda like Nitro does.

Human Torch can *somewhat* amp his strength actually (as he proved in his battle with Sandman), but not like Sunspot, of course.

well, maybe he COULD get stronger, if people like YOU were not constantly pointing out his shortcomings and making him doubt himself!!

lol Firelord is an order of magnitude stronger than him. Remember the famous Gladiator appearance in the x-men cartoon during Phoenix saga? That was Firelord in the comics

That may not be much, seeing as Wolverine has also affected Thor with his clawless strikes, but that's at least *some* degree of superhuman strength here.
