Although Tiin has better showings, praise etc. I still feel Kota would find a way to win. He is less skilled than Tiin and past his physical prime, but he must be somewhat of a competent duelist, being proficient in Juyo which requires mastery in a lot of forms. Rahm Kota was simply bred for battle.

Better showings as a duelist or in the Force? Because as far as I know Tiin has nothing comparable to throwing an at least 30 x 10 metal pillar, ripping a control station off a TIE factor or causing the entire control station to shake.
Also not seeing how Saesee takes sabers. His spar with Mace lasted for 3 panels(that we saw) and Mace has a big habit of not going all-out in spars(look at his duel with Quinlan Vos as an example). Granted, Tiin has been awarded the accolade of being amongst the greatest duelists of the Jedi Order, but then again Kota has mastered Juyo, which only the very best of the Order can master so I assume he's somewhere in that line up of great masters.
His Force feats also shouldn't be better than Kota's. He hurled a droid 4 kilometers(we don't even know if he did it casually, just that he did it), deflected a rocket with a bit of strain, casually lifted up and hurled droid parts bigger than a B3(which is twice the size of Mace), etc. Kota's feat of collapsing the archway that was holding the control station, landing a TK blow on pre-prime Marek(who at the time could casually throw TIE-Fighters) strike me as similarly impressive, tbh.
