 Frank Castle becomes the Juggernaut vs Cyborg Superman

In this thread finds himself turning into the Juggernaut he has all the standard powers that Juggernaut comes with added to his brutality his trained fighting skills and weapon expertise. Which his added power he decides to make more powerful guns which he can handle with the added strength to handle them. How would his change the Marvel Universe? Frank has 2 weeks to make some new weapons.

When he was agent of heaven and when he was Frankencastle. Shortly after becoming Frankencastle, he was also a Bloodgem wielder.
