...Though I do wonder how the massive amounts of solar radiation he was emitting would affect Prime..? Seems like he [Prime] might be able to absorb it.
Tempest, Darkseid, Amazons and I think Lex. Nevertheless SBP is a lesser threat, it would be overkill for Supes to go to those lengths on his petulant Earth prime counterpart.

Do you guys know, this scenario would be in Prime's favor right.
The Superman Legacies derives there powers from solar energy, and what is Sun Dipped Superman, he's nothing but a living battery, that constantly giving off solar energy.
So while they fight, Prime would continue to absorbs the excess solar energy and get stronger, while Kal continues to grow weaker.
Regular Superman solar energies are stored inside of him, while sun dipped kal absorbs so much solar energy, they turn is body into a little living sun.
he is constantly giving off excess solar energy, energy he can't control. That's the different between sun dipped, and regular Kal.
I doubt that Supes is givng off significant solar energy after the OWAW Sundip i.e. it's not anywhere near equivalent to a sun, or even a solar suit. His body goes through some kind of transmutation, that doesn't translate to becoming a solar battery.
Otherwise why don't solar powered Kryptonians empower other Kryptonians if they can simply absorb solar energy directly from each other?
Even if all of that is true, the most important thing against it making a difference for SBP in terms of power is that his body absorbs energy passively. Kryptonians convert solar energy anyway, they don't keep it in their bodies as pure solar energy, otherwise how would they sustain their power for long periods, without containing said energy efficiently and then keeping large quantities in reserve?
They'd need to keep recharging constantly (which not the case) hence the reason why some authors prescribe to the theory that the solar energy is unlocking energy or functions, already present but inert without solar energy.

But even if Prime could absorb the radiation Supes was giving off, we have absolutely no way of knowing how much of an amp it would give him. It could certainly make things interesting, though.
