Where is the quote that calls the Sith on the Star Forge master combatants? Can seem to find it.

The above quote means that Dark Jedi are "highly skilled duelists" under the basis that a Jedi has to be one to merely contend.
Dark Jedi in Revan's Sith Empire were proficient in telekinesis, Force lightning, Force drain, mind trick, and memory wipe.
Also, it was stated by Meetra Surik that all the most powerful Jedi of the Order went to join Revan in the Mandalorian Wars.

Also, three Dark Jedi working in unison, while also on the Star Forge, had telekinesis described as a "great power."
