- if it is a comic book, even Robin can defeat the Flash;
- on KMC though ...well, even there it depends;
- I've been on KMC long enough to see that there are different cycles of posting, and like seasons they change.
- At one point KMC was about debate, where posters would debate why character X could win (and to be honest with you, that's the only real reason of being in a forum that argues over stupid cartoon drawings - if you can coherently show that RKT can defeat Thanos with the IG, then you can convince an investment committee to allocate funding to a concentrated solar project in Namibia);
- then there was a time it became pure fanboyism, especially with a poster called Wolverine8888 who was particularly enamored with the clawed Xman. There have been other fanboys, particularly around Silver Surfer, Superman, Thor and (obviously) the Hulk. The most illogical were the aforementioned Wolverine fanboy, but there was also an interesting Hulk fb who was as extreme as Wolverine8888, and don't get me started on Superman (there are some old threads of Superman vs Goku that are headache inducing in their sheer stupidity);
- nowadays KMC is simply one word posts. No debate. If the question is Thanos vs Darkseid, the responses will be single word 'Thanos' or 'Darkseid,' and no debate whatsoever. It has basically become a popularity contest, and one that follows clearly observable D.C. or Marvel bias.
So,
In comic books - WW can win, emphasis on can. After all, we have seen Deathstroke tag a running flash.
In old KMC it would have been a 10/10 win for the Flash. A character that can run faster backward than WW can run forward (printed on some run I cannot remember when the MM was on fire - oh, and that's another character that in the old KMC was depicted very differently from how he's drawn in comics), couldn't be tagged by WW. In old KMC, WW for all her skill and great speed (and she's very fast) would still be like a statue to the Flash, and while she couldn't tag him he could easily tag her.
New KMC? Doesn't matter. The only saving grace is that both characters are from one printing house. If one was DC and the other Marvel they'd be countless one word responses.
As they are both from one printing house, you'll be lucky if you get more than one response.
Yeah, i've only been on this site 954 days, but been posting on various sites for 5,991, so i've seen the seasons change scenario you're describing many times.
One thing i do miss here is it no longer shows the number of views a thread receives.
Seeing 100+ views and no replies is entertaining in itself!
