Nausicaa gets her sword and Widow gets a pair of batons she used in CW.

The fight takes place inside of a roman colosseum.

Who wins and why?

The one on the glider. And there's a manga which the movie was based on.

I'm pulling from the dregs of my memory here but I don't recall Nausicaa being such a great fighter. She could fight, yes, but not against someone of Black Widow's caliber.
