Nods to Staxamillion.
The two switch power sets, get a year of practice:

Do they stay the same tier, go up or down in tier?
Depending on your answer to the above:
They arent switching universes, so, who becomes less/more effective at their MU/DC "jobs"?

Hal remains in the same tier, and does better than Kallark at both. Hal without powers is daring. Kallark loses due to fear, or doubt while having powers. His win to lose ratio based on just that, makes me unwilling to favor his odds here.

Really? I've always seen him as a faith to move mountains or planets type of character. It all depends on his faith. He said it before when he went up against Vulcan and beat him down.

Well, Staxamillion pointed out Glads and GL were both will power based, and i thought it made sense, so i started the thread; moit point though, as GL seems to have this inda bag.

Glads is built on self confidence, not will.

Hal is one of the cockiest there is...so his power would drive Glads up.

Kallark's willpower isn't has high as Hal's, so he would drop down.

Absolutely.

Hal with the abilities of Kallark would be something to behold.
